Recently our team has moved into a new area of business. It is
much more than web development and design. We are now building fully
functional business systems. Rather than just building a great website
we now build great business systems.
Our team is comprised of leading experts in web design & development,
search engine optimization (SEO), and databasing.
We look at a business holistically. This means getting really involved
and understanding not only a businesses strengths, but also its
weaknesses. We examine those weaknesses and propose solutions which
utilize various combinations of technologies and processes. Below
are a few examples from our portfolio.
Zip Code-based Store Locator System
One client is doing an out-reach type of campaign to end consumers.
She says essentially "the end customer is the one who needs
to lead my product." Therefore I must make that customer aware
of where I am and where my products can be found. That customer
must be able to find me quickly no matter where they are. Bottomline!
Our solution... well we brainstormed and realized that she had
accumulated many stores in the last 6 months. That's where the idea
of our national outreach was built. A database of stores along with
their corresponding zipcodes was created. We made this searchable
by all US postal zipcodes so that when her customers search for
a store near them, they find that store. They also find speciality
stores where they can order any product of hers and have it shipped
to them, regardless of their location in the US.
Floor Plans
There are some times when what you have to do, is just
tell the story. Ian Berke is a great example of this. His
story resides in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Ian is a realitor,
but not your average realitor who sells houses based on a commission,
etc. Ian is very much involved in the historic preservation of older
architecture, buildings and houses. Ian's website
tells this story well. Displayed are hand-drawn portraits of each
house he is working with.
San Francisco is well-known for its magnificant architecture and
for those who come to buy a house, Ian presents them with hand-drawn
floor plans. These floor plans can be viewed on his website also.
You can literally learn about San Francisco through him. If Ian
didn't tell his story here, you wouldn't know what you were missing
out on or potentially missing out on. I give him 5 stars
for this.
